陳興蜀,教授(二級(jí)),博士生導(dǎo)師,現(xiàn)任永利yl23411官網(wǎng)/網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全研究院院長(zhǎng);擔(dān)任國(guó)家智能社會(huì)治理實(shí)驗(yàn)基地(教育)主任、“數(shù)據(jù)安全防護(hù)與智能治理”教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任;教育部網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)委員;中央網(wǎng)信辦云計(jì)算安全評(píng)估專(zhuān)家組副組長(zhǎng);全國(guó)信息安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)委員及大數(shù)據(jù)安全特別工作組副組長(zhǎng);四川省學(xué)術(shù)與技術(shù)帶頭人;四川省有突出貢獻(xiàn)的優(yōu)秀專(zhuān)家。長(zhǎng)期從事網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)、科研工作,參與國(guó)家、省市的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全規(guī)劃研究,從事網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的國(guó)際/國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)積極開(kāi)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)界的科研和成果轉(zhuǎn)化、產(chǎn)學(xué)協(xié)同育人探索。2021年獲得首批“國(guó)家網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全先進(jìn)個(gè)人”稱(chēng)號(hào),2016年獲得中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基金會(huì)首屆“網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全優(yōu)秀教師”。
陳興蜀教授承擔(dān)自然可信基金重點(diǎn)/面上項(xiàng)目、科技支撐項(xiàng)目等國(guó)家級(jí)/省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目60余項(xiàng),帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)在云計(jì)算安全、數(shù)據(jù)安全、未知威脅檢測(cè)與防御、開(kāi)源情報(bào)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間治理與認(rèn)知對(duì)抗等領(lǐng)域面向國(guó)家重大需求開(kāi)展研究,培養(yǎng)了100多名碩博士畢業(yè)生。
陳興蜀教授發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文200余篇,在IEEE TIFS、Knowledge-Based Systems、通信學(xué)報(bào)等期刊發(fā)表SCI/EI論文100余篇,主持編制信息安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)3項(xiàng),參與編制信息安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)6項(xiàng),獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利30余項(xiàng)。2021年“基于可信計(jì)算和內(nèi)核增強(qiáng)的云虛擬化綜合防御關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及應(yīng)用”獲得四川省科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)(排名第1);2018年“GB/T 31167-2014信息安全技術(shù)云計(jì)算服務(wù)安全指南等2項(xiàng)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”獲得中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)新貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(排名第1),“大規(guī)模安全虛擬云桌面系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究及應(yīng)用”及“P2P應(yīng)用監(jiān)控關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究及系統(tǒng)研發(fā)”獲得四川省科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。
